The 5 things I love about it
This has to be the first thing obviously. It is my whole reason for being and blogging. I’ve always loved writing since being a child. After I became a disabled person I’ve been able to write on my tablet. I wrote a journal. Before that I wrote in notebooks.
I love the fact that blogging means sharing. Sharing things with others which may give them pleasure, or resonate with them or that they can relate to. The are other disabled and chronically ill people out there who might need to relate or communicate with others like themselves.
There is so much to learn and to be learned. When I first started blogging in September 2019 I had no idea that I was going on a journey. My blog is a journey – my journey. And part of this has been the blogging journey and I’ve learnt so much.
I have commented on so many blogs and received comments as well. I love this interaction with all types of people from all over the world. This ties in with learning. The more people you interact with, the more you learn about the world you live in.
For me this brings all the above together. I write, I share, I learn and I interact. All this equals community. A whole new group of people supporting each other, not judging and not criticising.
And that’s why I love blogging!
